Reordering BIA Questions

We've all heard the old adage, "its not what you ask, it's how you ask it". For the Platinum Shield Administrator, reordering BIA questions is as simple as outlined below.

1. Login to your Shield account: https://shieldbcp.com

2. Navigate to Administrator Tools

3. Select Edit BIA Questions from the menu on the left

4. Use the arrows in the bottom right-hand corner of each question box to move the question up or down until the question is in the desired location
