Activating or De-Activating BIA Questions
For Gold and Platinum Shield Administrators, you have the option of add or removing BIA survey questions from a library of questions available to you. The following instructions are specific to Gold level users. For Platinum users, see ‘Editing BIA Questions’ (link once created)
1. Login to your Shield account:

2. Navigate to Administrator Tools
3. Select Edit BIA Questions from the menu on the left
Questions that are included in your survey have a green ‘Active’ badge on them. Questions that are no included in your survey have a red ‘Inactive’ badge on them.
4. Click on the red ‘Active’ or green ‘Active’ to toggle the status of a question.
5. Save Changes.
