Adding a New BIA Question
For Platinum Shield Administrators, existing BIA survey questions can be customized to meet your needs.
1. Login to your Shield account: https://shieldbcp.com
2. Navigate to Administrator Tools
3. Select Edit BIA Questions from the menu on the left
4. Click ‘Add a New Question’ at the top of the screen
5. Enter a new heading for your question (type into box, clicking on “use new heading entered above” in dropdown adds it to the dropdown list) OR choose from the dropdown options
6. Add Question Text
7. Choose Answer Type
8. Select if answer is mandatory or not, if more than one answer is permitted, and whether the question is active or inactive.
9. Click on Add Question to complete.
