Exporting BIA data
The raw BIA data can be exported in a CSV format by any Administrator user in Shield.
1. Login to your Shield account:
https://shieldbcp.com
2. Navigate to the “Administrator Tools” component.
3. Select “Export BIA data”.
4. Click on either of the two options to the right. The two formats are quite different. It is recommended that you export both and then choose the format that will best suit your needs.
5. Your data file will be generated and placed in the Drafts folder of Supporting Documents with the title format of “BiaOverview-xxxx”.
6. Click on the file name and download it to your computer.
