How do I access my published plan
When a user
publishes their business continuity plan, the resulting PDF document is placed in the Drafts folder under Supporting documents.
If you are an administrator, you already have access to the Drafts folder. Simply navigate to the Drafts folder within Supporting Documents and download the document from there.
If you are a read/write user, you have two options for retrieving your published document:
1. Ask your Shield administrator to download the document and send it to you.
2. Ask you Shield administrator to grant you access to the Drafts folder by modifying the document folder permissions.
