Granting Access to Components and Modules

By default, Team Members are granted access to the Response and Team Modules but do not have access to any other Components or Modules of Shield unless they are specifically granted access.  To grant this access, do the following:

1. Login to your Shield account:

2. Navigate to the “Administrator Tools”.

3. Select either Component Permissions or Module Permissions.

4. Click the drop-down arrow to the right of “Component Permissions” or “Module Permissions" 

and select “Edit Permissions”.

5. Click the red "Off" buttons to make them green to allow access to the component or module in question for each user.

6. Click "Save Changes".
