Setting a custom password policy for Shield
Shield allows you to create a password policy for all Shield users that is consistent with your internal security requirements.
To customize your password policy, do the following:
- Login to your SHIELD account: https://shieldbcp.com
- Navigate to the ‘Administrator Tools’ component.
- Select ‘Password Policy’ from the menu on the left.
- Customize the options available to meet the password requirements of your organization.
To revert to the original password policy, click the green ‘Revert to Default Password Policy’ button.
NOTE: The Shield mobile apps do not support Two-Factor Authentication. If this option is enabled, users will be unable to login to the mobile apps to access their plan.
