Changing passwords in Shield

  1. Login to your SHIELD account:
  2. Click the menu icon that appears in the top right of any screen.
  3. Select “Change Password” from the fly-out.
  4. Type your current password.  For passwords generated by Shield, it is recommended that you copy and paste the password into the "Current password" field, being careful not to capture any additional spaces before or after the password when copying it from the password email.
  5. Enter your new password.
  6. Re-enter your new password.
  7. Click Save.
  8. If you use the Shield mobile app, login to your app immediately and enter your new password there as well to ensure your continued access to your plan from your mobile device.
